Russ is an attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (IAPP) who prides himself on providing creative and practical counsel that merges legal requirements with business needs. His management philosophy is grounded in hiring diverse talent with varying strengths and empowering them to be themselves within the larger team. Russ is not a fan of process for the sake of process, instead pursuing the end goal of letting humans tackle the subjective (and more interesting) challenges that businesses face and leaving the routine/mundane tasks to the ‘bots.
Russ is a graduate of Providence College and the University of Connecticut School of Law and lives in Fairfield County, CT with his wife and two sons. Outside of the office Russ can generally be found on the sidelines of his kids games, on the tennis courts or barbequing with his family.
